WHAT IS JUNK FOOD ?
THE FOOD WHICH IS NOT REQUIRED BY OUR BODY. THE FOOD WHICH LEADS TO HEALTH ISSUES IF WE EAT. THE HEALTH ISSUES SUCH AS OBESITY, CONSTIPATION...ETC.
EXAMPLES OF THE JUNK FOOD ARE PIZZA, BURGER, CHIPS, SWEETS, CHOCOLATES..ETC. WHICH ARE MADE OUT OF OUR HOME.
SO, ITS NOT GOOD TO EAT THE JUNK FOOD. YOU MUST AVOID JUNK FOOD.
WHAT IS BALANCED DIET?
THE FOOD WHICH WE EAT SHOULD CONTAIN ALL THE FOOD COMPONENTS LIKE CARBOHYDRATES, PROTEINS, VITAMINS, FATS, MINERALS AND SALTS..ETC. IS CALLED AS BALANCED DIET.
HISTORY OF FOOD AND NUTRITION:
THE SCIENTISTS WORKED FOR HISTORY AND FOOD AND NUTRITION ARE
LAVOISIER AND JAMES LIND.
LAVOISIER IS ALSO KNOWN AS THE FOUNDER OF MODERN SCIENCE OF NUTRITION BECAUSE HE PAVED A NEW WAYS TO NUTRITION RESEARCH AND HE CONTRIBUTED A LOT.
